Our Story
Rooted in New Carlisle,
built on trust.
The Rustic Wheel started with a simple belief: everyone deserves a bike that works, and a shop that treats them right. We opened our doors on Jefferson Street to serve a community that values hard work, honesty, and the kind of service you can't get from a big-box store.
We're not here to upsell you something you don't need. We're here to listen, figure out what actually makes your rides better, and do the work — properly — the first time.
